• You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to interfere with its operation.
• You are responsible for URLs and content you submit and for compliance with applicable laws.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Accounts, credits, and billing

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and sign-in links.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for activity under your account, including audits started while you are signed in.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Credits and purchases

• Paid features use one-time credit packs unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.
• Credits are consumed when you start audits according to the pricing shown at purchase.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated at checkout.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice on the website.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply to checkout.

3. Intellectual property

All content, branding, audit methodology, and platform features are the property of Revylo unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute platform materials without permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of URLs and content you submit. By running audits, you grant Revylo a limited license to fetch, analyze, and store audit inputs and results as needed to provide the service.

4. Disclaimer

Revylo provides automated content quality analysis based on your inputs and third-party data sources. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or ranking outcomes. Use discretion when acting on audit results.

Audit scores, recommendations, and action plans are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, SEO guarantee, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that affect your business or compliance.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVYLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR AUDIT SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Privacy

Your use of Revylo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Termination

• You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, subject to retention in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
